Asparron Capital, LLC has finalized the purchase of jar and closures assets from CSI/Cosmolab and formed a new independent company -- Cosmetic Specialties International, LLC.
Cosmetic Specialties International (CSI LLC) has formally separated from CSI-Cosmolab to better provide cosmetics, skin care and personal care customers with rapid tooling and high-precision plastic injection molding from its Oxnard, CA-based manufacturing facility.
