Order Processing
Our order desk is open Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Pacific Time) and can be reached at: (805) 487-6698.
If received by 3:00 PM Pacific Time, all stock item orders will be processed and shipped by the next business day. For custom items, please contact customer service for production and shipping times. We will always confirm the actual shipping date of your order so you may plan accordingly.
Payment
A written purchase order must be issued for all orders. Please fax to (805) 487-1967. We also accept cash payments in advance or, upon approved credit, extend net 30 terms.
Shipping
All shipments must be scheduled the day prior to shipping so that a dock appointment can be allocated. Please notify us if you cannot make your scheduled pickup time. All goods will be shipped freight collect or third party billing, with no additional freight charges. You may opt for UPS shipment for a 20% additional fee if you use our account to prepay. You may supply us with your account number to avoid this additional charge. Do let us know of any special shipping requirements you have and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Returns
CSI cannot accept returns on any custom color, lined or decorated items. Stock items may be returned with a 20% restocking fee, provided that all return conditions are met. Please contact us for details.
